01How long does an order take?+
Production takes 5–7 working days, starting after the transfer and all correct design details are confirmed.
02Can I order for a close date?+
If your event is less than 7 working days away, contact us first. Rush orders are not confirmed automatically.
03Can I revise the design?+
We send a proof before printing. One revision is included; production begins once the design is approved.
04How much is delivery?+
Delivery is a flat QAR 50 across Qatar.
05What is included in the keepsake-card package?+
Ten two-page cards: one page for a memory phrase and one for the instant photo.
06Can I buy a camera on its own?+
Yes. Standalone camera prices include one 20-shot film pack.
07Is there a minimum shop order?+
No. You can order any item, even one film pack. Shop orders are paid in full, plus the flat QAR 50 delivery fee.
